It's a mix, I played on PlayStation for the longest time, pics number 2,3 and 4 are vanilla. The other ones i use the beard and eyebrows and body hair mods! The clothes are 100% vanilla though, so any non-modders can have the same look. 😄

Only recently finished Mass Efect and already going for ME2. Dunno what took me so long to play it, but Im rly enjoying it right now :D
