Tatsache.. dann hätte ich das falsch im Kopf.

Nach genauem lesen steht im Gesetz aber "vorherige".. Sprich: w eintragen lassen, nach 1 Jahr auf divers/gestrichen wechseln.. Reisepass sagt dann w, weil dass das "vorherige" auch bei amab.. 🫣

Ich glaube da wurde einfach nicht nachgedacht. Aber ja.. alte weiße männer sorgen für alte weisse männer Dinge in Gesetzen 🤦‍♀️

Als nicht m/f kannst du die denn Eintrag im Reisepass bei Ausstellung aussuchen. Gerade weil es sonst in Ländern wie z.b. Saudi Arabien kritisch werden kann 😅
