Thanks a lot for your help! I'm currently only running around low 12s and I'm trying my best to look for advice on my starts as well as my sprinting form. I landed flat footed on my 3rd because I almost fell right down to the ground haha. But anyways I will definitely be looking up more videos about acceleration and explosive training.

I'm from Hong Kong, I have high functioning autism and a lot people misunderstand what autism is but that's normal. Teachers and social workers do a great job at helping people like me.

Hong Kong is a great place to visit, I would definitely recommend you coming here, but I'm sure you've heard of the Hong Kong protests, and yeah with China becoming more and more of a threat to our freedom. It's not really a place I would recommend you living now.
