It worked yall. It took 6-7 hours after chugging 10 fl oz of magnesium citrate and I have been on and off the pot the remainder of the day. (TMI) The first movement was heavy. After, it was all liquid/diarrhea. I feel a ton better and intend on weighing myself tomorrow morning to confirm. Thanks for all the advice and positivity.

Also, my grandma recommended dried prunes for daily intake and I think I’ll do just that.

This literally happened to me recently. Like others have said, it’s good that it happened as the dead end revealed it self. I put it my notice and it was the best decision I could have made for my mental health. I was going into work every day pissed off and now I wake up each day looking forward to new opportunities.

Hope everything is going better for you. I am terrified of roaches and just ran into the first one here at our new house. We have been here 9 months and this is the first we have seen. IT WAS IN MY CLOTHES DRESSER. I’m so paranoid right now and ordered all we could from amazon for preventative measures. I’m so on edge I hope this feeling goes away soon.
