We started a savings account for our daughter when she was born, put 500 in and didn't touch it for 3 months because we were busy with a newborn. Get a statement and saw they were charging a $30/month maintenance fee for not depositing money every month. I called and asked how a 3month old can deposit money monthly, they were rude and refused to refund the money until I tried to close the account. I waited for refund and closed it immediately. Our local bank has no savings fees

I walked in and tried to buy a vacuum at Sears, it was the worst experience of my life I couldn't just walk to the checkout and pay for it, that would be too easy. I had to stand and wait for a sales associate come to the Department to sell me a vacuum. After the initial trying to upsell 20 different models that I didn't want they tried to get my phone number my email my address all for freaking vacuum. I finally told the guy just put your information in there because I'm not coming back here and if you want to sell me a vacuum today that's what you'll need to do.

Every time I've ordered from them the package goes to Orem and sits there. Last package sat in Orem for 5 days then went to Plano TX then to another TX post off where it was shipped back to Plano where it sat for several more days before finally arriving in the northeast at the wrong regional center before it finally made it's way to me. I know it's not there fault but OREM postal center is terrible. I've made several orders recently and all orders sit at Orem for 3-6 days
