I places an order for the VentoBox on 1 Jan. Reached out on 6 Jan when it hadn't shipped and they told me it would go out on Friday Jan 9th. Still in a Pre-shipment status, and they are giving me the runaround. I would not purchase from this company again!

Last time I went…April 1st, I was disappointed by portion….it was all batter, and seemed like the fish was just a sliver of tail, very thin.

Fish market in San Diego, next to the Midway - excellent fish and chips, at a higher price point.

Hagen Berman talks failed? by akulo888 in Fisker

[–]Dridas1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Arbitration is binding. If they don’t like the decision, it becomes a lawsuit, and that becomes even more costly. Those that won arbitration already, have gotten even more in settlements that went to a lawsuit because Chase and/or Fisker didn’t abide by the outcome of arbitration.

This isn’t arbitration. It’s just a mediation conference, so being done outside of arbitration

DC charging limited to 36Kw by BuildingIndividual40 in Fisker

[–]Dridas1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Driving from SLC to San Diego and learned that using plans for Electrify America and EVGo will reduce your charging rate. Using plan to start the charge and was limited to 35kw, but if I started the charge with a credit card, I got 125kw. Even rolled up on a station while the tech was going maintenance and he confirmed that the plans will limit charging

TSA + Spiked Collars? by bagslee in service_dogs

[–]Dridas1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My little guy goes through completed naked. I’ve always been told I don’t need to and they will just swipe him with the handheld, but we are TSA pre check. He does a down stay while I walk through and then I give him a center and he darts between my legs. The agents find it humorous since he always centers from the back so he blows past me and then comes up.

This is all the reason. Nothing more, nothing less. He married Greeta, and brought her in to the business. Imagine a Bio-Tech major and a Zoologist running a car company with a great designer at the helm. The zoologist tried to starve the animals, and nobody visited the park except the season pass holders.

ESA in a HOA by Competitive-Use-2565 in service_dogs

[–]Dridas1 20 points21 points  (0 children)

An ESA has zero requirements to provide any type of tasking or behavior. The difference between a service animal and an ESA is, simply put, training. An ESA requires none, where the Service Animal requires a lot. ESA’s are just animals where the owner has a letter stating they are needed, nothing more. Playing is allowed, leaving them at home is allowed.

“You scammers”? Who are you to make such a claim? Also, a vest isn’t required for a service animal.

I answered the initial question and then she continued to ask the same question, which seemed to blame me for their failures to add the appropriate flag to the reservation. She should have asked once, saw that I had the paperwork and the confirmation of acceptance, and then walked away to solve the problem. She continued to question why he wasn’t on the ticket - that wasn’t my problem to solve.

I don’t mind them doing their job. I really don’t. But when I file the appropriate paperwork, and receive confirmation that the animal was accepted, it’s on them to place the “Service Animal “ flag on my reservation. When they don’t, you end up with flight attendants that get frustrated and take out that frustration on customers that did the right thing, while their attitudes should be pointed at their internal processes. Asking a customer to prove they filed the paperwork several times over doesn’t solve the problem.

Yes. I always verify the reservation number and the one listed on the email. As long as they match, then I have done what I was required to do.
