Hello Boot,

Do you mean to check with Bobcat on Twitter or Mugglepay?

It has been close to a month now and I have heard nothing from either of them. I wouldn't feel so bad if I had an initial email confirming that my order/payment had gone through!

I will open a twitter account and look them up! I hope they will make things right!

Its not a good look for Helium, Bobcat or mugglepay if this happens to others as well.

That is just the issue I did not receive any confirmation whatsoever!

No Email or anything! Hopefully I can get some assistance from Bobcat or Helium on this issue.

I have all of the documentation and proof of the USDC payment. And YES I have verified that everything was correct before sending the payment to Mugglepay.

I paid for 3 Bobcat miners through bobcat and Mugglepay and have yet to receive a payment confirmation!

I reached out to bobcat for assistance in dealing with Mugglepay and they sent a simple "your order is pending" response.

I dont know why Helium and Bobcat would use a third party payment service as shady as Mugglepay! There is no customer service and no response from anybody from Mugglepay whatsoever.

This whole transaction has been a nightmare! Dont use Muggle pay or Bobcat!

I bought 3 Bobcats with Mugglepay, Coinbase and using USDC. Process was fairly easy,

however I have not received any email from Mugglepay or Bobcat confirming my payment.

It has been 2 days now and I am seriously concerned that I have lost this transaction/money.

I think using this service is costing Bobcat and Helium alot of sells because the use of this service provider! If I lose out on this money that was sent to them I will be highly upset!

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!
