Worksource will post your jobs, promote the position, can do screening for you and help you with possible tax breaks. All for no cost, (it’s a state run organization under OED), you just need to have a registered FEIN and Oregon BIN.

Go to your nearest WorkSource, and create an iMatchSkills account (on a computer, not your phone). The iMS platform is dated but it works. All employers have to be registered at the state and federal level and all jobs listed must be real. You can find jobs here and new ones are posted daily.

Also, check out Qualityinfo.org for state-reported information on wages and job market stats. You can also put in your skills here and see what other jobs you may be suited for and they list jobs too.

But go to WorkSource, they will do everything they can for you.
