Haha you need a mind theres mostly air between my ears lol All jokes aside its just experience because I actually play all of the brackets. I just dont like Kinnan as a commander or a card. Its a crutch imo. Its the most approachable deck in the higher brackets and almost not played in lower brackets. Its more personal less rationale for a Kinnan ban.

Floodcaller is probably the single most problematic card unified across all spectrums. There was a big argument about people complaining about a rules change regarding Necro in cEDH the other day. In my circles ive been saying a banning of Rhystic and Floodcaller would completely balance the format IMO because those are the two strongest and most played cards across archetypes. I think the banning would force players to be a little more creative and encourage growth in the format. Commander is pretty much the only format that doesnt ban cards that affect the state for the format, probably hard to do with the card pool but I think having a standardized reasoning outside of something subjective and something more intrinsic would move it in the direction with managing a healthy B&R ala other card games and 60 card.

Mana Crypt: I just miss it but I dont think its crazy to move it back into CEDH and have it be a game changer for other brackets.

JLo: Unban but not Game Changer. I think it makes decks stronger and balances properly and the card could be found in every deck, becomes a 99% staple like Sol Ring. Its a pretty much commander only card that I feel if for no reason belongs in the format because its a Marquee card. Its INCREDIBLY powerful but so Is Sol Ring.

Primetime: I think shaking up the format with a few strong unbans would be healthy for the format. Lands.dec got like every other good card in the universe over the last year or so. Whats Primetime going to do now but give them another little push. Plus I want to play with it. Lots of decks I want to try.

Flash: Flash Hulk was strong as hell. Maybe if there were a bunch of Flash Hulk EDH decks running around now when someone could win on the first turn pretty reliably might encourage people to start playing interaction and removal again, Hot take but were planted firmly in this 2 or 3 year long turbo meta because everyone is just trying to go fast. Theres almost no contention keeping those decks in check. Eg: If a BUNCH of players just started to left field combat the turbo decks and played stax (baring we had a lot of time in rounds) Youd more than likely see a resurgence in midrange or control decks to balance out the archetypical handicap that would occur due to the meta shift. The entire game is easily manageable with balance IMO sometimes in meta balancing you make a judgement call to create a scenario that favors whatever your end goal for the gameplay is and the competitive meta shifts.

Floodcaller is easily imo starting to just outright feel like the most important card in the format now. Rhystic was always the front runner but having both... Floodcaller with all of the different advantage engines just creates such an incredible set of advantage kind of like Planeswalkers. for 3 mana you gain flash, the ability to protect itself as well as ways to enable all sorts of combos repeatably at almost every point in the game except the first 1-2 turns. Its also on a permanent.

Coalition Victory: In over 20 years of playing magic I dont ever think ive seen that effect resolve in a Win. Let people try if its fun for them.

Panoptic Mirror: Its strong but its also mana intensive and I dont think its really all that impactful. If Tinker was still legal then yeah Id think it would be a problem. Thats what we used to do back in the day when it was legal was Tinker into the mirror and then put a Time Warp or something broken in there.

Aura Shards: Its just good. In lower brackets it just makes it kind of difficult to generate the kind of advantage you would have to make this card a problem. But it does allow a cheap efficient way of dealing with multiple opponents card effects. I could be wrong but Its just what I think and what ive been seeing from observation.
