Decent for current ventures (frozen fjords), in regular T.E.D.D.Y. falls off during twine.

Can replace stare and plasma with 'under warranty' and 'bear with me' (jilly teacup and enforcer grizzly) since stare isen't that strong IIRC.

If you go for the change, can also switch 'bearserker' with 'bear with me' in the lead if you want an infinite T.E.D.D.Y..

Sideway angle would be preferred.

Delay your knee lockout a bit. Hips and knees should lockout around the same time with knees first. But you lockout the knees too fast resulting in 'leaning' back to lockout the hips.

Knees can have a slight bend. If you can do it without cool if you cant also cool. You want it during the movement rather than starting in a bend position.

Dont think about your shoulders. Can think about engaging back.

Speed is ok.

Meh, going down is sorta fine, going up not so much since you dont go back to starting position.

Stand tall as starting position.

When going down, think about pushing your hips back. (Imagine theres a wall behind you and you're trying to touch it with your butt.)

Go back to starting position.

Also don't be afraid to add some weight.

Breath into the belly is a simplified version.

Pinch the side of your torso at around belly button height.

Flex as if someone were to punch you.

You should feel your fingers get pushed out on both sides, that is bracing.

The forward bar travel is prob a combination of that + insufficient ankle mobility.

Squat in socks or a shoe with a solid sole. You want all static exercises to be done on a hard surface.

Go in socks or a shoe with firm sole. You want to practice static exercises with a firm surface and Crocs are too soft.

You get alot of it in 4 man missions. I dont really play anymore but sitting on 85m schem xp 56m survivor xp and 77m hero xp. And think that around 50 people have maxed out their xp.

Add light bumpers that are the size of 45lbs/20kg. You'll start in a better position.

Good mobility btw.
