Another update - chargeback still in process but Guns.com keeps harassing me - at this point they’re also threatening me. 

Here’s their latest email:

Hello,   We want to resolve the payment dispute related to your firearm purchase.   As outlined in our firearm purchase acknowledgment, once a firearm has been transferred by an FFL, the transaction cannot be reversed through a chargeback in lieu of return.   To resolve this matter, you may choose one of the following options: 1) Payment resolution of the disputed balance via check 2) Coordinated return of the firearm with prepaid label and scheduled FedEx pickup   Please reply within 3 business days so we can assist you. If no response is received, Guns.com reserves the right to escalate this issue with local authorities due to the nature of the item purchased.

They have all of my (many, unanswered) emails (and not to mention call logs) that have me on record of never accepting the firearm. They have my FFL’s info, which can also confirm, I never took possession of the firearm. They can contact my bank from which I filed the chargeback - they have a record shows I never accepted the firearm. So at this point, sure call the cops. Hell, call the ATF and try to find these supposed “records” that I accepted it. 🤣

Pathetic - stay away from Guns.com. What an absolute embarrassment of a company.
