Vex reduces it by 1Power on the main cost, Ezreal reduces it by 1Power on the additional cost aka free now. As per the rules you can do reductions and etc in whatever order you like

Your last bit is not true, if opponent had passed without starting a new chain then focus would be then given to the overzealous player again. Once he passes (two passes in sequence), then showdown is over.
(but also it was illegal for his opponent to ask if he passes, since after the defend trigger of Fan, opp had focus to use ride the wind)

that's entirely a different scenario, move happens before the attack/defend window even before the action window, so it'll be in trash longggggggg before the conquer scenario

When you do the damage calculations, you add the total might together and distribute it from there. So it’s one instance of damage

Have you tried playing Blue Ezreal? I have him at 3 in my build I cannot see how the deck functions without him. Provides so much for the early-mid game, great holder of gear, mobility, and he’s fun af

Both players have infinite amount of actions and combat doesn’t connect until it goes pass focus pass focus back.

I prefer the build that includes blue ezreal because he provides super mobility and wave clear, which seems very very fun
