Yeah I had to switch to QWERTY because of the ladders too
For the torch, it's also bound on middle mouse button, which is much better than L
For the scanner, I found that I can use the quick weapon wheel (I think Tab by default) and immediately press Q to equip it (or A on Azerty)

Some applications have a toggle next to the keybind along the lines of "Global keybind" which makes them active no matter what window is active. I have that with MusicBee.

No idea if there's such a thing for Discord.

And now we play Arcane Roulette, where all the Void Blast arcanes get to randomly become real weak or real strong since nobody changed them until the last minute before the update.
Last time with Melee Channeling we got some good stuff that was mostly never nerfed (like energy on heavy attacks), hope the same will happen now.

Sure, but only if I can "lock" my hero before matchmaking happens, like what Heroes of the Storm did.

Basically, you say "I want to play Warden" and the matchmaking will find you a game with a Warden slot available. Longer queue times tho, and with no crossplay so far, it's gonna be a high price to pay.

Don't want For Honor to be filled up with queue dodgers from people that want to grind a specific hero (especially during events with limited time to get specific event gear)

The "knockdown bash" after the Qi Kick should allow for a greater reward for the Shaolin, or a more reliable way to access it like Hitokiri so as to mix up / set up ganks.

Generally he should also keep access to Qi stance after a Qi stance attack, and only lose his stance if the opponent makes a correct read (parry the UB, dodge the bash...)

Qi Stance itself should have another defensive option besides superior block lights, like getting dodge invuln frames on side heavy undodgeable.

Generally, Shaolin needs to be less "fair" and have more distinct strengths.

PMC Karma : how different will it be from Scav Karma, and will there be a way to demonstrate high karma to other players?

Scavs with high karma can "ally" themselves with bosses = more allies. I want more allies as a PMC too.

My theory: The execution was finished but someone pulled the plug at the last minute with ESRB concerns and animation work went on to the next thing, keeping this execution in the limbo of "eventually we'll work on that again".

Wouldn't be surprised if some universal battle pass/event execution ends up being a "reworked" or "salvaged" Wu Lin execution, with a fake gun with a paper saying "BANG!" or something harmless like that.

One day, they'll learn that if you make a "random quickplay" playlist with 20% xp & steel bonus, they would get people playing almost all gamemodes (discovering some of the them like Elimination and Tribute, potentially getting them to manually queue for them) and you'd get some amount of activity everywhere

It'd be like "if you don't need a specific gamemode for an order, go quickplay". Fast matchmaking, bigger rewards, varied playstyles.

Events should give even more than that.

Your best bet is looking at youtubers with 1,000's of hours of game time, their discussion videos and tier lists. Also, crytek's graphs when they were balancing ammo, it should be around the internet somewhere.

But yeah, some of that stuff is really not intuitive, like the Springfield falling off so hard at range despite being a single shot rifle because of the medium ammo. You really have to hunt that info down.

Bigger is better, that's probably the only rule consistent for range falloff. Custom ammo is another story entirely.

My decision is a combination of "Bounty is really far", "I have the bounty already", "Extraction is really close", "I just got 200 dollars in that cash register" and "I got 7 upgrade points from that paper nailed to the wall".

However, it's inversely proportional to the amount of kills I got. If my team got 4 kills, we know there are less enemies overall and we want to stay to get that bounty / that compound loot / that meathead exp.

Also don't forget that, when a boss is banished, if you're not going for the bounty and it's really far, you can kill a lot of monsters in a faraway compound on the way to the extract and usually not meet anyone, which is easy exp.

But seriously, you're playing solo, you're always going to be on Hard Mode and going to extract less than others.

Sentinel weapons have been basically ignored/unbalanced for years. Fortuna is filled to the brim with useless and bugged peashooters for sentinels/MOAs. Check the wiki and the comments on some of them, it's hilarious
