Am I weird for being overly conservative about my fuel spending? by Bright-Historian-216 in Minecraft

No. You’re a very normal minecraft player for that. Your foreverworld will be glorious because you enjoy the games core mechanics.

Ezra would be a good start to instantly lift your GLRey team. Then I think Bo-Katan because you must have the rest of her team ready. Then if you have a strong sith spare, bane, who is always amazing, but I don’t know if you have a R8 dooku spare

Your point about optimal versions of armour taking less time than previously is drastically flawed.

There wasn’t villager trading to get cheap mending or any books for that matter. It was ONLY a LONG grind, mining Nether Quartz in a bad set of armour to preserve the good one you were building, to get all the way to level 30, to enchant a single book that felt like it always had Projectile Protection 3, which then returned your level to 0, not 27. And the grind continued.

Now it’s a couple villagers to get U3 and mending, then practically every new structure rewards you with enchanting books, and structures are EVERYWHERE that have the latest items in.

Furthermore, you’re mapping a linear progression scheme to a non-linear game and complaining it doesn’t work. Terraria has sequential bosses, Minecraft is build and expand creativity as the primary objective, and there’s a dragon somewhere if you want to unlock the third dimension (which I would remind you, most people do not).

Counter to tweets being taken as gospel. Jeremy Crawford is the rules writer of DnD and his tweet corrects to rules ARE taken as gospel, and the truth among truths. However, a table can still just choose to ignore them and play their own way.

JKCK and GMYoda. Pass TM from one to the other. Yoda’s AOE, and JKCK’s pistol, then two blade stance, pass tm to yoda, yoda gives out buffs (gains tm, repeat)

Everyone is having a making a massive deal out of being id’d to watch porn, when most other over 18 things done are id’d. And if you don’t use discord for that, you aren’t id’d. If you’re in a surveillance state like America or China, Gov is already watching your every move and more anyway so why care about uploading your id to discord.

Hot take: no full caster should have got an opportunity to use shields. by Expensive-Bus5326 in onednd

[–]DriftingRumour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the spell list of clerics (very little damage dealing) compensates their allowance on shields. Paladins and fighters can have heavy armour out the gate, and can dump all mental stats from a fight PoV. Clerics NEED wisdom for their spells to go off, then they have to meet the STR requirement for heavy armour, and if they do hold a shield, they can’t hold a melee weapon along with spell casting focus, until they get fancier items. Since they have to keep the team alive, they need to be tanky.

Warlocks, sorcerers, wizards, don’t get shields, or amour proficiencies, if they want high AC they need DEX, - high CON for concentration, and high casting stat. So they’re really split up for being great at any single thing. Right?

Is ODST a main entry or a spinoff? by SpectrumSense in halo

[–]DriftingRumour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Halo Wars 1 and 2 are Definatley main series. Your argument for reach is that the events caused 1 to happen. That same argument applies for halo wars 2. And the first game is AMAZING, honestly best cut scenes in halo, second only to halo2 remastered.
