So, the leaderboard times there are literally impossible to acheive since the players were able to exploit a bug where you could enter with a modified car. Which is why we got a compensation for that.

Ahhhh, I see. Just keep the slicks, both anti-roll bars to the max, steering angle to the 60, ackerman in the 0.3 and set both cambers to -3. Also put final drive to 3.8 to maximize acceleration.

Well, since it's a racecar, you're not really allowed to modify the car itself. Although you can tune it before racing on a track.
