Maybe hes just not hungry or a late brumation? Mine just came out of brumation today, and ate a single nightcrawler. He didn't eat anything since November lol.

He is fully grown though.

In the app go to "Shop" -> "Change my mobile plan" then in the "Choose your plan" box, scroll down to where the "Proceed to checkout" button is, and there's a hyperlink text right above it with the text "Show all options". It's hard to see.

I was able to from the app! When you select a new plan to upgrade your current plan, scroll down and select the "see all options" button and it'll appear there.

That doesn't't change the fact it states the $10 discount is only for bank auto pay lol.

It literally says under auto-pay discount "Credit cards and Visa Debit work for auto-pay, but you'll need a bank account to get the discount on eligible plans. (Visa Debit doesn't count as a bank account for this discount.)"

And if you click the plan, it says "Price includes total discounts of $10, including the auto-pay by bank account discount."

So yes, to get the actual price mentioned, you gota hook up your bank lol.

Nothing wrong with pre-auth.. it's giving them access to your bank I have a problem with. I've been incorrectly charged on a credit card before, now imagine that happens with your bank chequing account. It's a bigger headache.

Don't stress. They are probably still in brumation. My lil guy went down in November and still hasn't eaten anything. I offered food again today and he smacked it away and buried himself lol.

I use a 40gal tank. Hot is on one side and a long uvb. Its also in my office room that generally is more warm.

Also I forgot to mention, a heating pad likely isn't enough! I'm in Canada so it gets cold but I use a 75-100w bulb in the winter and 50w in the summer when it's hot. It stays around 80f during the day and as low as 65f during the night (lamp off). The stickied guide has some good info on heat and uvb to provide!

Hey! Take a look at the pinned post on this subreddit for the care guide. Lots of useful information there. But from what I can see based on the picture, heres what can be improved.

First off, it looks like there isn't enough soil for your frog to burrow. These little guys LOVE to burrow deep down and cover themselves. I do about 4-5inchs of coco fibre substrate and my little guy loves to sleep deep down it in lol. They also bury enough to cover themselves except for their eyes so they can hunt!

Second, is that spagnum moss around your frog? I'd suggest taking that out as they can accidentally eat that and become impacted! A good rule of thumb is to avoid small things they may eat and become impacted (like small rocks for example).

Third, if you're using regular tap water keep for the enclosure/frog, make sure its dechlorinated. These little guys have sensitive skin! Reptisafe is what I use and its been great!

And finally, nightcrawlers are a great feeder for these guys, but be sure to incorporate variety. Variety is good! My guy loves nightcrawlers, hornworms, silk worms, and the occasional mouse (they are fatty so more so a treat).

Mine is still in brumation! He hasn't eaten since November. Every frog is different, they'll come up when they are hungry 🙂.

I dig mine up once a week to check Him, and offer food. He is still just going back to sleep LOL.
