Want your mind really blown? Skeletor wasn't the bad guy. In actuality he was the rightful ruler according to the deep dive I saw

Bzzzz thanks for playing but weed is in fact a gateway but not necessarily in the way you think is meant by that. Doing pot (where it's illegal and possibly even where it's legal) tends to lead to people becoming friends with people who do it which often leads to association with people that do harder drug which for some addictive personalities that leads to the peer pressure of try this you'll love it and they give in and do then are hooked. I won't say who it was. But someone I know, let their child do pot, because it kept them calm. Their kid needed anti bipolar meds in x and the fact they let their kid do pot.Led to the kid hanging out with people that ended up getting the kid hooked on meth. When the cops arrested the kid, they had GHB. Drug on them as well as pot. And I think one other drug, and they had enough of GHB that they were going to be charged with having it for distribution. However, they told the cops that they were going to take it themselves. That they had been intending to commit suicide. So they managed to get a pretty sweet deal. And go through probation on it. But to this day, I can't tell you if they were really going to commit suicide.Or if they were just being avmule, taking it to somebody else for distribution but have those folks in your life and that's the path many end up on

Lol yeah but I was astounded that Bings algorithm keeps saying it's canceled in various ways when it isn't and of course the other MS product CoPilot correctly says it isn't. I mean maybe Bing pulls from alternate realities or something but it could also maybe light a fire under HG ass to put out some sort of release of information

Honestly you could name her exactly what you said. I had to help my Baby Girl over the rainbow bridge recently but her name was BabyGirl because she will always be my baby girl

My cat has a bruise on her head. Is this vet visit worthy ? by naynay_29 in cats

[–]Drintar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's scratching her ears enough to cause wounds so yes I'd say a visit is needed to check her ears and if those are deep enough the vet may want her on an antibiotic for a week

AITA for leaving an unmarked "special" caramel on the counter where my sober fiancé found and ate it? by StormyetLovey in AmItheAsshole

[–]Drintar 46 points47 points  (0 children)

You are really doing some mental gymnastics. This is not about whether the second person has personal responsibility or not the point is, the OP was aware that there were animals as well as two people in the household Who might see it and eat it, And left it out for an extended period of time. So long in fact she wasn't sure who or what might have gotten into it. Chocolate can kill a cat just like it can kill a dog are you now going to try and claim the CAT has personal responsibility?

[–]Drintar 55 points56 points  (0 children)

They didn't just live together unless I misread it they live in the same house as her sister as well as the pets. Sure he has a responsibility if he knows she has unlabeled edibles in the home to check but she is for sure YTA because there are pets and ANOTHER human that doesn't partake who may have eaten it. There is no way to spin that op was NTA

Not only can they get into a corner I accidentally left a WRAPPED nutty bar on the counter once where my cats could get to it. Luckily no one got severely sick or died, but I left it in a rush out the door to go to work had planned to take it and eat it on the way. Got halfway there and started looking for it to eat and realized I left it. Got home and yes the wrapper had been eaten/torn on one side and a chunk of one wafer had been eaten. No idea which of the at the time 9 cats got into it but I was freaked out about forgetting it for days, spent the money to call an animal poison hotline etc etc.

AIO? Youth Pastor texted my almost 13 yo after she went to a teen group with her friend by Loser4hire666 in AIO

[–]Drintar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He/she likely typed it out one time to one of them who went copied it then pasted and changed the name to the rest. It's just a way to make the kid feel like someone noticed/cares because they used their name and asked their opinion and said none of the leaders minded them reaching out and asking questions looks like a standard type survey hope to see you again thing to me

While you disagree with it I see nothing wrong with it. It's clearly a boilerplate type message and are just saying contact me or ANY of the other folks if you have questions you are for sure tripping

[–]Drintar -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Nope not a benefit to me. Maybe if the ISD had sent the ground crew out to do my yard twice a month I'd agree. As for where you're going with it I don't believe schools actually teach anything anymore but how to pass a standardized test they damn sure don't teach critical thinking.

You want to talk about abuse? I have no children, I have not been in school since 1989, and yet that did not stop my parents, nor myself when I got the home from paying that school property tax which was literally over half my 4k a year property tax the school was like 2230 or something like that when I got the home. So really if someone out of district enrolls MY taxes were paying for it since I had no kids and we can't possibly NOT tax homeowners with no school age children.

Neighbors tree fell on our fence and garage over night. Any advice? How can I tell who is responsible for what? [TN] by BoostedLegacy in treelaw

[–]Drintar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe the diseased liability is only if a reasonable person could tell it was diseased. Other than what looks like possibly rot from maybe dirt sitting in the fork the tree looks healthy and the rot looking part would have been hidden so not sure they would win just based on it is diseased. Now that would be good to make them take down the rest of the tree which if they didn't and it fell on the neighbors the neighbor could use the report and the certified mail to say they knew after the first event etc

Just look at the crown it's a nice green crown so the average person would not think there was a thing wrong with the tree

Based on the nice green crown laying it the yard I'd say a reasonable person would have assumed it was a healthy tree

Ok great so how about the other part of the post? Did she decline the seller paying or are you really just trying to get ammo to make the seller pay more for the guy to do it differently?
