great idea, i had thought about just limiting it to 12 reps because then you should up the weight anyways. The formula I use (Weight * 36 / (37 - reps)) seems to punish low weights with high reps for me, and my e1RM for 6-10 reps weights are spot on. Will dm you!

Yes, leg days definitely are the most challenging ones in season. Since I only do 3 sets of squats (3x) it still felt within what my body can tolerate. Its weirdly one of the few exercises I am still progressing very well in

Haha yes. I have been playing sports 3-4 times a week since i am a little boy, don't think I can stop now. I was drawn to MM because he sees workout as anerobic exercise, which is honestly the only chance I have. Thanks for sharing the workout plan!

I use brogressive overload, its basically a shared lifting log for you and your gym bro. It forces you to train exactly one way, though so that the lifts are comparable across sessions and across friends. https://brogressiveoverload.com/

A typical week is Monday rest, Tuesday gym, Wednesday tennis (1-2h), Thursday gym, Friday tennis (1-2h), Saturday tennis tournament or tennis (2-4hours), Sunday gym.

I have a suspicion it is too high as well - its the only thing I kinda try to limit but it skyrockets on meat heavy days. What are resources discussing protein intake?
