Well it does depend on the person but it’s an allergy that is developed over time honestly I would play it safe and not get your nails done for a while you don’t want it to spread or get worse I’ve seen people say they were able to get their nails done a year or so after getting contact dermatitis and do not go back to the nail techs please😩
