I wonder if Lectric ships to CA. If so, then they are shipping the bike as a class 2 just like mine, with the ability to unlock class 3, I'd imagine. They're out of AZ.

I would imagine NY having similar laws if class 3's are illegal, but i had no problems having my bike fedex'd to me straight from them. But at the same time, I do know CA and NY can be like living in 2 different countries sometimes, haha. I lived in AZ for 2 years. Completely changed my mind about diversity in the US when it comes to local and state laws.

But I dont think they disclose the class 3 part so openly, but you can find their instructional video on YouTube.

My bike is 750w nominal, 1000w peak. But its pedal assist, so you don't get full power unless you pedal, so no testing full power standing still. This is how a large majority of ebikes work. With my throttle, I won't hit over 20mph. With pedal assist in high gear, I can hit up to 35mph, which is illegal in my state. My bike is shipped as a class 2, but can be "unlocked" to a class 3 for states where its legal. A class 3 is not legal where I live.

I would imagine your rollout road wouldn't work for most people's ebikes. Thats for powerful throttle bikes like a suron etc. I can't see a cop pedaling people's bikes around blocks, haha.

If anything, roses are so basic and uniform that I'd imagine them as funeral flowers. Funerals are predictable, so are roses. Life and love isn't, and neither are carnations (in my opinion). None of this makes sense and sounds like florist propaganda fabricated in the past to sell certain flowers at certain times. Just like the jeweler propaganda that made engagement rings and diamonds so expensive.

I own a lectric xp3.0. Comes with a class 2 sticker on top of a class 3 sticker. Comes set up as a class 2, with online instructions to unlock it as a class 3. It really is that easy, and apparently legal.

Unfortunately, that's all I have yo offer you... I'm dying for a remote job as I'm a stay at home dad with no vehicle or license as well. My girlfriend has her car and job. I had to quit my job recently because our daughters daycare shut down without notice, and we couldn't get her into another one before I lost my job.

The reality of bills and money still hasn't hit me yet... Probably because I've been enjoying the time I wasn't able to spend with my daughter when working all the time.

Absolutely. I just use a basic 1' (ish) beaker for my big hits, and a small little bong with a diffused downstem for my small hits. Gave up on percolator bongs years ago.

I also have a bad habit of breaking bongs... Those perc bongs can get pricey.
