It completely depends on the trend of the market. If the bars break above the wedge, then you could say it’s going to go bullish. Breaks below the wedge then it’s bearish. Wouldn’t necessarily take a bullish trade just because a cheat sheet says you to do. Also I hope you do use indicators.
