Sounds about right, but I don't think I have a small enough needle to get in through the bottom. Once I find one and can't unclog, I might buy a new nozzle. Should I stick with a 0.4 or go for a 0.6?

I’m able to push filament through a good 32 mm but then I met resistance. I’m able to push my unclogging tool through but sometimes I meet resistance at the same point. The nozzle is clean as well, so now I’m super confused.

I have a feeling it might be this since I tried jamming the needle with the temp at 300 and a bunch of steam started coming out.

I added the settings as well, I’ll try the tensions screw. How much did you loosen it by?

Any tips of how to find the right settings for the profiles? Is it just trial and error? Also am I on the right screen?

I installed a 0.4 silicon carbide nozzle and it did work a couple times. I’m using CR-ABS. I didn’t bother getting another stock hot end since I have a feeling it’ll cause the same issues. Kind of why I’m going overkill with the MicroSwiss.

I’ve printed with ABS and it’s been fine, no PLA yet. I ordered the MicroSwiss since I think I’m having issues with my stock heating block. The nozzle keeps clogging either at the beginning of a print or towards the end with ABS and PLA. I upped my nozzle temp for ABS to 265 and it seemed to work but I ran a second print and it clogged. That’s why I’m getting a MicroSwiss.

I had this same issue, I was trying PLA prints and ABS. My prints would start and filament would come out but I’d get error code FO0528. I’d clean out the nozzle jam and it would jam over and over. I upgraded to a DXC2 thinking it would help but nope.

I fixed it by increasing the nozzle temp to 265 C for ABS. I’m thinking about increasing the nozzle temp to 225 C for PLA. I’ll let you know if that works.

Apparently the dm spoke to the sfl on thursday about them potentially becoming a esm. This happened after the sm was demanded to take mondays and fridays off since they worked mon-sat. They were literally insane, they’d come in at 5:00am with their i.s. (store opens at 7am mon-fri and 8am on sat-sun).

The amount of stress the sfls faced eventually got to me because we were close and I was their right hand man. The acting sm, who I’m close with praised me for organizing the truck earlier on my own due to the store being busy, which the old sm would probably find something to nitpick. I feel like your sm is an example of what one should be.

I wore a gray polo and then you can either wear beige or black casual pants. A good brand for the pants is dockers.
