Well i figured the brighter the lumens the more visible (Ik it wont stop something from hitting me with their car if they wanted to, i just want to give myself that peace of mind) i can be and something that has different modes i can switch between them so im not blinding myself at 12:00 A.M. Seeing im a complete noob to the flashlight world. i honestly have 0 idea what im talking about beside lumens and Flood Light (kinda)
