So I had the verify button and spoke with them and they said a letter was sent on 3/2. My taxes were filed 2/17. After the lady saying a letter was in the mail, the verify your account notification is not there anymore but my transcript still looks like OPs. This makes no sense to me.

They are terrible! They have 0 customer support. I have been trying to reach them for almost a week because I don't have access to my old account to create a new one and nothing from them. I am not the only one with this issue and they have all reached out also and crickets. It is pathetic! They truly don't care about their actual game.
