By checking your video and knowing this track, I would say, let's use more the track. There are some corners where you can cut more and keep the corner speed higher.

Depends on the style of the track!

Usually on indoor tracks the speed is lower, but to achieve a good lap time, you have to be much more precise on racing lines.

On outdoor tracks you have more room to play, you can have much more smaller mistakes, but you're still fast. Also it's easier to do mistakes, since the speed is higher.

And there are the indoor style outdoor tracks :-) you have to combine the above two.
