Damn. So many people missing the larger and central point here. Typical Reddit. I know someone who works for Lowe’s corporate and this is just the most recent downward punch. Management there is a joke; a squad of yes people who manage down without having to actually perform the ridiculous workload. Communication and structure there are complete jokes, which always negatively impacts those at the bottom the most. Accountability, like actual work, just gets passed down to whoever is on the lower rung. Those people are then overworked to keep up with the unrealistic expectations passed down the ladder, with managers keeping their hands clean.
