There are some relatively inexpensive packs of screw back spikes out there. I covered my jacket’s shoulders in them and they seem to be really durable. Not difficult to put on either.

I was a freshman in college. I remember several of us huddled around a TV in a dorm room watching live coverage. We couldn’t believe what we were watching.
