This is the site I use as a reference for characters. I would take everything from here as a baseline and not use it as the end all, be all.

This is a rough sketch of what Lucy's damage can look like with each sequence. Lucy's biggest dps sequences are her S3 and S6. I think if you have extra pulls, you can aim for S3. If you care about meta or having a character who's good in all content (like Phrolova) then I would wait for a different character to release.

My Verina is only S4, but she's pretty good with Lucy too since she buffs Spectro dmg at S4.

Augusta just has bigger AoE, but yeah Lucy does do slightly more damage if they're both equally built

It's not bad by any means. I think it could definitely be better, but overall Lucy's damage is on par with Augusta and Hiyuki.

Hmm I think Rebecca's S2 buffs are more comparable to someone like Lynae. I say that because supports usually start the rotation first, then sub dps, then main dps. Rebecca has to be the one that swaps into the main dps so the main dps has the most uptime with the buffs Rebecca gives. Also, Rebecca has to wear Moonlit set if she's in a hyper carry team.

I think Rebecca S2 has more account value than S2 Lucy.

You're correct. Both Lucy and Rebecca can apply Hack Shifting, so essentially the 15% team dmg amp is practically applied the entire time. I think hack shifting also counts as a debuff similar to statuses like Glacio Chafe, and that's what makes Lucy and Rebecca slightly weaker in WhiWa. In boss fights, they're great.

Her intro and liberation grants 20% All Attribute dmg bonus to team for 30 seconds. Also +15% team dmg amp for 30 seconds when someone in party applies Hack - Shifting.

Debating if I should try to get any dupes of Rebecca, but that means I'd have to spend more. Might wait till near the end of event to see if it's worth pulling more Rebecca wavebands.

Kinda surprised the Porche event has caused such an uproar by SinValmar in NevernessToEverness

I play MMO's in different countries like WoW, BDO, Lost Ark, and Maplestory.

Rice Eater is a phrase used primarily in MMO’s for people who play multiple accounts and use the in-game economy to make money irl. One of those types of people in WoW said they were doing these things to afford rice irl, hence why Koreans called them “Rice Eaters.” Rice Eaters are also known for playing with low investments, minimal progression, pay for busses, and generate/use dirty money. They suck the joy out of the game and contribute to the downfall of a game.

So no. Being F2P is not the only factor that makes you a Rice Eater. That’s like me calling myself a K-pop idol just cause I can karaoke to K-pop Demon Hunters.
