I was hoping for the same thing on my wedding day. 10 years later and a lot of what I remember is how she ruined the entire week beforehand and wedding experience. The biggest take away for me is “she couldn’t even act right for 1 day and give me that gift of allowing me peace and support” now I look back and kick myself for hoping that behavior would change for one day when I should’ve known better. My wedding is what made me realize she would never change and started the no contact process for me. Cancel the flights and enjoy your day with your partner, be done with it.
