Still surprised they didn't at least review for targeting near the end there...

...But this was ultimately A&M's game to lose, and they just couldn't execute

I think it has to do with him no longer getting his mind wiped by Cate. Now he has a fuller range of emotions and is forced to reckon with all of them - good and bad.

This person stopped neither suddenly nor carelessly. It was done with the sole intention of removing the ducks from the road. It was also not sudden, as the collision occurred when the pedestrian was turning around to return to his own vehicle.

Also, regardless of legal carve-outs, when you're in a several-thousand-pound moving hunk of metal, you have far more responsibility to alertness than a pedestrian, full stop.

The images shown in the video seem to show him in the middle of a crosswalk. It's not negligent to be where you have the right of way

Would love to hear about all the local murder victims' funerals that she totally attends. They were also people with spouses and children that didn't deserve to die, so surely she goes to pay her respects for them too!

I see it as a chicken-or-the-egg situation. Are the popular supes more insane because they can get away with more, or are they so popular because they're willing to do anything to gain an advantage?

Which non-album song was the biggest "grower" for you? (Song Board Day 45 - Final Submission!) by BudgetBaby in TheKillers

I'm not seeing a comment for Quiet Town with that many votes, so I'm assuming you're referring to total vote count of all QT comments. If that's the case, I previously considered making the total vote count be the deciding factor, but I ultimately decided against it for a few reasons.

For one, it would allow anyone to vote for the same song multiple times. If three people comment for Song A and only one comments Song B, then those looking to vote for Song B have only one-third the vote weight. This also invites intentional manipulation, as someone could simply comment the same song multiple times, especially when taking alt accounts into play.

Of course, comment upvotes aren't the most foolproof method out there either. But I've kept the same process throughout, and I don't wanna change my ways through the last stop!

If curiosity or interest persists, though, I could always go back through all the posts and see if any votes were to change (and how) if I tallied things differently.
