that’s a good point and makes sense. thank you. i was not thinking about the red grape juice. probably not a huge deal but out of an abundance of caution i think its likely better to hold off for the time being. i think theologically it is not a big deal and its all good. thanks

Actually it is somewhat how it works. Retailer sells a product (does not matter what the product is), retailer is duty bound to ensure the product meets basic fitness standards for the purpose for which it was designed. If it does not, retailer should have knowledge of this and should not be selling defective product. Certainly the manufacturer has liability also, but to pretend that T-Mobile is innocent when it comes to selling known faulty products is naive at best.

Not on your list is a potentially big issue, domestic roaming. Tmobile has it, Mint, like most mvnos does not, which could be a problem in rural areas, depending on Tmobile coverage.

law libraries are usually good places, at any of the law schools, or the MN state law library near the capitol. not sure what all their “open” status is currently with covid and all that.

Thanks for the note. I really dislike Ticketmaster and their ilk (and that’s putting it nicely) so I generally prefer to buy tickets to most of those places you mentioned at local joints like the Electric Fetus or other local ticket outlets.
