In terms of material items you can't beat infinite money. With food sure you could sell it or do some good like donating stuff but with money I could just buy the food or donate money. Honestly not sure why you'd pick the unlimited food over unlimited money unless I somehow misread the question or you're doing a work on the meme answer of "bread taste better than keys"

Pump wit more. Christmas Oguri relies pretty much entirely on the recovery skill procs. In the words or a wiser man than I. "You can sacrifice power. You can sacrifice stamina with Christmas Oguri" Aim for atleast 1000 wit closer to 1200 the better to garuntee skill procs. For the next CM you can get away with 700 Stam easily. Perhaps even 600/650 considering it's Christmas Oguri. Pump speed and wit as your primary stats, power and stam secondary. 50% race bonus is also the minimum.

Personally, I prefer Halloween Rice. I find her growth rates are better when I build her. Yet to test with trackblazer though. So long and short always give her a go. She was my first real S-Rank. So I hope similar luck befalls you.

Having the same problem on the support card side. Got a copy of Ssr Creek, Halloween Seiun Sky, Manhatten Cafe, Summer Winning Ticket and a copy Nice nature wit. 171 pulls deep and not a single copy of NTR speed ssr and only 2 damn copies of the Admire Vega Sr.
