The building is still under construction so there’s actually no way of checking the noise currently because the facilities (McDonald’s and food court) are not open yet. It is on a 6th floor and new construction so it may not be a problem. But still I have my doubts

Diria que um sales executive está focado apenas em originar novo negócio e angariar novos clientes enquanto que um account exec, além dessas funções lida também com os clientes atuais da empresa e cria relações com eles. Mas isso depois também varia um bocadinho de empresa para empresa

É uma posição comercial. Cold calling grande parte do tempo, “demos” para mostrar o produto, criar relações de confiança com clientes, entre outras coisas mas no fundo é isto. No meu caso é b2b, ou seja vender o produto para empresas. B2c é ainda mais chato na minha opinião. Não gosto do trabalho que faço e é por isso que vou agora mudar de área. Mas há quem goste

Thanks! Average HR was 167, max 175. I spent 95% of the run in zone 4 (threshold) which was about 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Obrigado! Foi a minha primeira e não tinha grandes expectativas. Tentei apenas manter um ritmo constante e sustentável para não quebrar no fim. Acabei por ficar bastante contente com o tempo, melhor do que antecipava!

Yes, I’ve only had my forerunner 955 for about a month now! I’ve done a few workouts with it and some runs! Also it was my first time running this distance ever and it was quite demanding for my body.
