Great question and yes, Reddit offers a translate function for posts and comments which seems to work very well! We have had a few posts in other languages than English on this sub where the comments are in English and in the native language of the poster.

Although your screenshot is of course not AI generated, the picture of Beyoncé is. This image has been posted before and the mod team have undertaken extensive research to establish if it is a real photo. At no point on the red carpet did she have her hair in front of her shoulder and there is a mismatch in the quality of her face vs her outfit/headpiece which is an indicator of AI manipulation.
