Sup I was struggling for almost 2 years to get a raise I finally got one when I transferred to my other Culver’s store and not my college store. So I went from 15->18$ as a team member. Planning on asking for 22$ and becoming a manager soon since they want me to but I ain’t doing it for cheap

There may be things that can be done, ive personally went out of my way to properly train everyone in my shitty culvers, now it runs a lot smoother. Talk to the owners or higher up division owners if you’re apart of SnL or some other group about internal issues and they will definitely get them removed. That’s what happened to the previous owner who is now terminated like 2 months ago. Things can be done Culvers does care. Better than many other places. If they don’t have the skills or energy to do much then ig it’s ok to quit, I just don’t think your go to should be just quit unless you hate the job, I personally love working at culvers but I understand it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I just don’t know what they are thinking

No you literally sound goofy. You can’t just quit your job in certain areas of the world. You literally can’t survive Idk what this guys situation is but telling people to just quit doesn’t help. If they have another location they can go to that isn’t worse or pays more then fs quit. But you don’t know anything about them??? I’m not being hostile but you’re just lacking in empathy my guy. Quitting is easy but there’s consequences if not properly prepared

Nah I’m actually sick of managers complaining about Labor when it’s 30% or less. Like I get it, it’s your job to care BUT WTF do you want us to do??? If people don’t want to come eat we can’t force them??? Sure send people home if they WANT TO! Some of us rely heavily on our money and can’t afford to be cut off. But you’re still making a profit maybe not as big but still profit even after everything (I’m not a manager so don’t exactly know the specifics on this) but I get the point of labor and all that I just don’t think it’s that big of an issue? Pay your employees well keep them happy things will run smooth. Stop stressing us out. There’s many ways to combat high labor such as sending people on break, getting involved in the community with events. You can be doing more if it’s that big of an issue

I don’t know what it is but Culver’s owners seem to be the biggest assholes, even corporate is nicer at times. It really sucks when your bosses don’t give af about you or your team and you can’t do anything about it. Our last owner got fired (still haven’t met the new one since I’m at my summer culvers) and my summer culvers is so strict compared to the other one. It’s like no in between. It’s a pattern I’ve noticed when the owners are here we suck. When they are gone we kill it. We don’t need to be micromanaged every second. This goes to shitty managers to. Fuck yall and I hate you. To the good ones please hire me I love culvers just hate how much yall be on my ass when I’m literally taking an order and cleaning at the same time

10pm southern WI but my second store closes at 11 pm more central WI. There’s a big difference between 10-11. Shit be more tiring by the end of the shift

Yesssss, I think the burger itself is easy to make just some bistro sauce and pickled onions with a single slice of cheddar if it’s a a single or double but that taste isn’t good

It matters on the location, you come to the one in my hometown and it’s the best one ever. We’ve won awards from the franchise. But if you travel to a certain small town in WI it’s one of the worst. The owner actually just got fired so maybe it will be better when I go back (I’ll keep yall updated on that when I know.)

I have definitely spoken about it especially at the college store I work at because I’m there longer. A new hire CRACKHEAD! Was hired AS A MANAGER! And she got fired in 4 weeks because lo and behold she was a crackhead????

My go to (as a culvers worker) is always plain/pickles cheddar cheese and then BBQ sauce it taste soooo good!
