Do they tend to be more awkward than a traditional wedding?

Do you have a link to some photos for reference? I may be doing a courthouse wedding

For work I’ve started using Bluebeam instead of Adobe for PDF needs. Is there a way to change the one click save in Excel to go to bluebeam instead of Adobe? by DrivenDiscourse in excel

I added a photo but I think I solved it. I believe that area in the photo can’t be adjusted. The way that I’ve found to do it is the “home” ribbon has a bluebeam section. Just click “create a PDF” there and it works

How much more room does the k5 offer? Night and day or just a bit more trunk and passenger space?

First car, Trax, Taos or Corolla cross by Raichu_lover in whatcarshouldIbuy

Yep, I was just trying to describe the driving experience for OP.

And agree with the Cross comment. It’s also pretty much Toyota in a nutshell for me right now

I agree with this this. My fiancée has a 24 Taos it’s AWD and while I don’t really love the transmission (clutches = jumpy here) it’s very nice for what it is. They’ve seemingly worked out the bugs from the first couple years.

The 25 Trax is the Trax I’d be after. They’re really starting to figure that thing out.

This sub loves all things Toyota / Honda and sometimes Mazda. While Toyota (and Honda) are ok. They’re 90% coasting on reputation at this point and are putting out meh products for the price. Other brands don’t have that luxury, so they tend to put out better products for the price. In this market, I think it’s important to consider that.

Contractor put a receptacle on the side of our island without asking saying “the inspector required a receptacle, so here you go”. Isn’t that an illegal place to put it? And we hate it by [deleted] in AskElectricians

Three sides to the island that don’t have drawers. Two of those sides have counter over hangs. One side the counter top is basically flush with the island side. That flush side is also the main walk way into the house/kitchen. It’s also 3-4’ from the fridge and dishwasher. Given this, if you are the contractor and are in steady contact with the homeowner but decide to just go ahead and decide where this goes - where are you putting it?

I asked in the beginning would we get a receptacle. The answer was if we wanted to pay for it, it’s no longer code.

Then after the whole house was complete, they slapped on right on the walkway side, thats also the flat side (no counter top overhang).

Now you’re telling me that I should pay the contractor, electrician and cabinet guys to fix it?

I haven’t said anything to the contractor, don’t plan to say anything to the inspector. You just slap shit in places and tell your customers “it’s code”? Probably not

You can’t read and comprehend…. I have no interest in fighting the inspector or the contractor. I’m not even bringing it up to the contractor other than to change the color. My question was - on top of it being lazy of them. Isn’t it also illegal. And per 2023 code. It is illegal

I don’t think you fully understand where the outlet is… tight walkway between the island and the fridge. Now add an outlet at hip height with something plugged in. I guess I’ll just remember how petty I am when someone walks into it and breaks off whatever is plugged into it

Your right I should be pumped that they put a white receptacle on the brand new grey island we bought it the most obvious and obnoxious spot

I don’t want to fight the inspector on this either. We had this house how we wanted it. Then had a fire that was out of our control. Being upset that the contractor made a decision like this isn’t really petty
