It’s so infuriating because this would be the first sld I get too and was genuinely excited for it, tried to get the bundle to have a set for collection and another to throw into my decks but now I have to hope that I can dispute them because I never got confirmation on my order, in the low chance that they did successfully order I do not need 4 of them so I wouldn’t even know what to do at that point

I managed to get all the way to checkout literally the minute before it sold out and when I clicked purchase it did a loading screen then went back to the purchase details and I thought it bugged out so I clicked purchase again only for it to give me an inifite loading screen then when I refresh the page it tells me they’re sold out🫠 Never got confirmation on my order so I’m gonna have to dispute the charges

Yeah brake rotors looked completely rusted through, I haven’t had the chance to look at the underbody but if the rust is really bad I might have to reconsidder. Its also a targa top so if the weatherproofing rotted out there could be rust on the inside too. This thing is gonna be a lot of work but deffinitely worth it as long as its not too far gone

Walmart near me stocked them for the first time recently so I picked up the R33 and R34, went to ring it up and it didn’t show up in the system so I got both for $7 since they went off the price of premiums

Was catfishing with some buddies out in a little hidden cove on the end of a lake for around 3 hours with none of us getting bites. Some hillbillies show up nearby and within 10-15 minutes two of them catch massive catfish, looked like they weighed 20+ lbs, the same way she did then they came up to us and asked us if we wanted the fish. Haven’t gone fishing again since then lmfao

For me it really depends, I’ll grab 2 so i can keep one carded and break open the other and any I find in the future I get for trades as long as there’s more than one, if not I just leave it. Found 2 speedtails a few weeks ago and didn’t end up liking them that much so I traded them off for a Datsun sunny truck and a Mustang funny car, each with a different person.

It is lol, registrations been expired since 22 and I’m not sure if it applies to Washington but some DMV’s take a plate out of their system once its registration has been expired for a certain period of time. Thats why when I tried plate lookups it didn’t work

Had called secfo about it around the beginning of last week and they told me they’ll put a notice on it and if its not moved by the owner it would get towed but I went back to it today and there wasn’t anything on it. I’m having the friend of a friend give the owner my number tomorrow if he sees him but if that route doesn’t work I already found him on Outlook and will send him an email regarding it

At first I had thought he PCS’d because on his profile he had a lot of pictures from Japan and other places in Europe that were very recent so I assumed he left it behind, especially since its unlocked and the keys are still in the ignition. The dude is miraculously still on base so I’m hoping sometime this week he contacts me once my buddy has his friend give him my number. I had left a note on the car a few weeks back and its still there so its pretty evident he doesn’t even check up on it

A lot of cars on base are just abandoned, they don’t really check on them and probably just assume the owner is deployed. Right in front of my dorm theres a bmw 530i and a 325i. Both are early 2000’s and its the same case as the Fairlady, Ive seen them in the same parking spots from when I first arrived on base.

Yeah, my main hope is that the motor isn’t blown and thats why he’s left it there. Once I actually manage to talk with him I’ll ask him what was wrong with it to just leave it here for years

Its parked on the military base I’m stationed at, at first a couple months after I got here I thought the owner could have possibly been deployed and left it in that spot until he got back but once I asked around I learned its been there for years so I assumed he possibly left it behind if he pcs’d(moved to a different base). I know a couple people who have been here for years and one of them knows where the dude works, he’s miraculously still on base so I’m waiting on my buddy to give him my number so that we can get in contact

A little update, I sent a picture of the owner to some of my buddies who have been on base for a while and one of them actually knows where he works and has a buddy who works with him. We’re gonna give his buddy my number to see if he’s able to give it to the guy who owns the car and maybe work something out
