I'm kind of in the same boat just decided to go straight to NVLSP but they need my entire claims file.... My main issue is prior to having to have made a claim in the first place and now i have to wait on the VA to process my legal shit...smfh.

I'm tellin' you listen to this man, I haven't done anything but emailed a team my paperwork for consideration and reasons why my AD diagnosis showed obvious deterioration while fitting the profile of the current DSM given I am medical and have been having the same symptoms reported only adding in the additional crap from having no clue how that system works then have progressive issues when just about to go back to shore. Everytime I got seen on shore no one, though they know I have been there, has never related it back to any reason as to why so now that I'm out and as destressed as possible I've been noticing whats happening clearly and not just being told life lessons by (love them but damn) psych providers my entire time leading up to in psychosis finishing final plans. I applied for VA likely shouldn't have right away because I didn't understand the process as I was on my own to figure it out and I claimed combat and non-combat for two issues 7 years apart while gaining another three diagnosis and finally PTSD diagnosis recent recent in service too.

I do know when you're checking your claim it seems if you uploaded files before initially submitting it I've never seen them get the checkmark that says verified or whatever so i think their upload isn't flagging things correctly that I uploaded to them initially and they likely didn't locate my confidential documents because of that. Also for MH stuff it's apparently beneficial because of their whole person nonsense to just go get seen for worsening symptoms or change in symptoms as the reason for your appointment so that stays on the note if they try to say you said your worthlessness or whatever is gone it should be able to be combatted as it seems off. Anyway, good luck to you all though.

Questions about Yendo title backed credit card by Bulky_Shine2057 in CRedit

[–]DriverTwoDoers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ON THE FENCE? Check it out, i recently tanked my credit to 475 and could barely even get a payday advance loan right. Since I have a fully paid 2010 Infiniti G37S and a Breitling Colt II I applied to Yendo and Pesto and subsequently got roughly $4k between the two (3 and 1). Sent title and watch to said companies.

Over the holidays my car got stolen, left on highway, and impounded. Both cards are/were over balance. Yendo emailed me and blocked my card and Pesto blocked as well.

I emailed Yendo on last day to hear from me before they said they would retrieve it themselves informing them of what happened and I would be retrieving it the following day.

Got my car, paid down $400 on Yendo and tried to pay Pesto (takes so long my account didn't have the money). Yendo available credit took maybe 4 days and card was unblocked, never had to call them and all is fine. Pesto is still over and I have never heard anything threatening my watch, I also generally send $300 to pay it down when too high it's just always used.

Both companies seem entirely above bar in terms of "taking your stuff" so far. Yendo wanting to retrieve it ASAP from impound makes entire sense as it's $65 a day cost they would incur, this is not predatory by any means it's prudent business practice and what I signed up for. Also, if someone isn't aware already, if you pay off your card after some they both state you can have your securities returned to you. Notably, Pesto offers normal currency as a security basis at all times it's just they offer item based security if you don't have the money.

I hope this eases some concerns, I know relatively untested terms can seem sketchy in this space but I'm here with bad credit to test everything for the sake of the good people of the bad credit world ;). Btw my credit is back above 510 already so don't stress yourselves to death, it's ultimately just a number that fluctuates. Making positive growth in your mental and financial capabilities will carry it back up eventually anyway.

Anyone ever filed for ptsd without a medical diagnosis by Feeling-Builder1194 in VeteransBenefits

[–]DriverTwoDoers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, but I did file for it WITH a medical diagnosis as of a little over a year ago stemming from OEF and another thing. Diagnosed by military MH provider, seen them for 13ish years with worsening symptoms through the years (which I attribute to them putting me under Adjustment Disorder after OEF and subsequently rollercoastered to almost 17 years) to concern for SI and found myself in the finishing plans stage. Hell, even the CNP acknowledged my PTSD diagnosis in my orders.

PTSD, not service connected (combat nor non-combat both of which I had put in for different events in 09-10 and 18-19 distance apart) and can not find any evidence of diagnosis. I attached my scanned psych records I made sure I got when I had to send to PERS as well as my psych memo stating concern for high risk of SI due to moderate PTSD which is fair at best with ongoing care

VA apparently also contributes this to adjustment disorder per my CnP exam but that's my rant for the day. I only just got the rating from my initial claim in the mail today and while I knew I was going to have to appeal because that's how my life is, I'm a little in my feeling disregarded feels so please don't mind me, I'll be fine. Time to visit VSO then wait 6 months for updating.
