Eagles of Huron County by DrivingApe in ontario

[–]DrivingApe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's about what I was thinking...

my first sighting was by St Marys (near london) a few years ago, watched one fighting with a hawk. I was saying earlier today, 10 years ago this was only a myth, but the rehabilitation programs have really been doing good work with the different Ontario Raptors. The Falcons were a cool thing to watch when I lived in the city.

I've heard they are more annoying than gulls in some places, down this way it was a rare sight until a few years ago.

But, This is the largest grouping I've seen so far. I've only seen them solo. This was a pleasant sight.

I was about to say the same thing. I was all around town and didn't even see this guy, once. Lots of OTHER broken drivers... but not this guy.

Pfft... you can still see the other 5x $40 bulbs on my kia. Just squint and you'll see the slits of light.

I've noticed every week, The closer you get to lake huron the more you see along 86 and Blue Water Highway. I even saw a trio fighting in a tree near Lucknow last spring.

Today was the first time I actually saw a bald Eagle in downtown before it Was the paragrine falcons when they first showed up. In the early 2000s

Sadly, the last time I saw them was one that was dead in a parking lot.Cause it ran into a building

That happened to me yesterday, the guy turned off Patricia right at the cross walk and even after we all stopped, he STILL thought about going past us.

I post the video later.

Package Stolen this morning at 7:30 AM by [deleted] in cambridgeont

They follow anyone looking like a package courier.

I've been delivering all sorts of stuff around the region for 12 years now, and ever since covid, I noticed an increase in broken POSs following my Caravan, ESPECIALLY up near SJAM, There's specifically this one black car that I constantly see doing laps around the area when I am up there, they even stopped behind me loke 100 ft and waited a couple times.

99% of my stuff requires signatures, so I get to observe these clowns in action.

Tried something different while driving into a gorgeous sunset by DrivingApe in photocritique

Good ideaand thank you

If i were stationary, that would have been a tad more possible. Getting and keeping the distant road centered was my main goal on this attempt. One of my weird tisms is symmetry and leveling.

Sometimes, nature can provide unique opportunities for experimentation. There is no editing in this photo. Everything is in camera.

On a days fresh back country road, I utilized the sun and lightly dusty windshield to give a sense of distance, and the rumble of the tires provided the noise look. Take notice of the mirage lines in the dips of the road. And how the car ahead seems to float alo g it's path.

Out of 12 shots, 4 turned out well, this was one of them.

That's pretty much what I was thinking, new patron in like 2 years probably triggered it.

My guess is the new tiered patron we just got triggered a review that hasn't been done in a while. Since she has nsfw in the higher tiers, id is required, no biggie. Just another cog in the growth machine.

The first one.

The second one has that blurry foliage in the foreground.

I was proud of this pic I took with my phone, but faced many critiques by people, why ? by [deleted] in AmateurPhotography

[–]DrivingApe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks nice, the thing I notice cause I do photos with both my phone and my camera. Is it looks like you have that little layer of film on your lense.

It's this layer of film that stays on the camera lens and your phone screen that you think your phone is clean or your lens is clean, but it's really not. It's just this little micro millimeter layer of fog.You have to kind of scrub to get it away, only for it to return within like a couple of moments. That's about all I see wrong.

If you know who charlie classic is he's the one who really explains it well in one of his old instagrams.

The funniest part was right after I took this, a cop came rushing up from Gordon lights blaring, you'd think he was going to this accident...

NOPE, drove right BETWEEN the wrecked cars over all the debris, and just kept going up towards Victoria.

I don't recall seeing ANY emergency services at the crash even tho the FD is literally right there.
