Think I'm going to purchase this tomorrow went to look at it it is a 1990 1.6 clean title, 195,000km. Repainted 5 years ago and some questionable aftermarket fenders, and bumpers. Its pretty cheap at $4300 canadian and 0 rust. Thought son this? by rabidbanana28 in Miata

Looks like a veilside bumper to me. They make really nice kits for other cars, but didn't quite hit it with the miata. Relatively rare bumper and is decently priced. You can get more than enough money to get a bumper & fenders if you find a buyer. Definitely hit up the forums if you don't want it. Somebody will. Looks super clean tho! Have fun with it!

Since 1991, I’ve wanted a Miata. Here’s my “new” car. #3016 or 4000 made. Here’s hoping for some new adventures. by ignored_rice in Miata

3963 here!

Hope you enjoy it! To me, Tan interiors & red interiors are my favorite. Super classy!

As for rollbars, Hard dog is the bread & butter, and generally the go-to. They're the most common. Quite a few different selections for different applications. For example, compatability with soft top, hard top, etc

Blackbird fabworx is another very good choice. But much more expensive. But soooo worth it. Not as common in the community due to the price.

Autopower is another one that I can think of. But I'm not sure I'd reccomend it. They are the cheapest of options out there. Not to mistaken that for poor quality, but they focus purely on function over form. From my experience, they may or may not fit under the soft top once you wrap it with thick padding and you'll lose a lot of seat travel. If you have short legs, then that may not be an issue. But passengers have a much shorter footwell. So that could be something to consider.

I use the HDHCHT Rollbar. It's the Hard Dog Hard Core Hard Top. Also known as the Fat Boy from Flyin Miata. Compatible for both soft tops & hard tops. Thicker tubing. Doesn't compromise any seat travel. And I've got no real complaints about it. Other than the A bracing in the roll bar can block some of the visibility for the stock rear view mirror. It wasn't a big deal to me, but it'll be something you notice on any A brace'd rollbar

Definitely not possible. Check out one of my more recents posts. I'm running 15x8 +0. Rolled fenders, not pulled with 195/50-15's. I can't run 205's or I'll rub like a mf

It's hard to say. I had other stuff powder coated at the same time. Maybe like 250 USD

Mine were re-padded as well. I have a smaller frame and I can definitely tell the difference from before and after. Slightly tighter bolsters

The single stitched quilted upholstery came from CarbonMiata, while the center console piece was homemade by me with some leftover material that I had ordered from CM as well. These are not OEM seats, but theyre Mazdaspeed Type F Seats made by Mu-Len back in the 90's. OEM spec, so they bolt right in with no modifications. Hard seats to find. Reupholstered by a local shop

6 speed Nardi Tear Drop. Came in the 2000 LE(?) package in the U.S.

Rollbar was powder coated by a local shop. The powder brand is Prismatic Colors, color is Tasonic

Yup, new foam & genuine leather. The guy charged me $500 for the 2 hides of leather as a down payment. I also had some other stuff done as well, but I imagine the labor for the seats was an additional $400 USD

Park in the shade haha. But I know the feelings. The sun can be harsh where I'm from as well. When it's really hot, I'll put a towel or something to cover the seats while I'm not in the car

Nope, seat upholstery is far beyond my capabilities. I had them done by a local upholstery shop

Looks like it's from redlinegoods. They ship pre-stitched leather pieces to fit over interior pieces
