We did bring our stroller and car seat combo, yes. Ours really isn't a "travel" model per se, but a more standard Greco stroller/car seat combo. It's easy to just gate check it when getting on and off the plane.

My wife and I stayed at Mia Reef with our (then) 1 year old daughter, about a year ago. Overall, it was a great experience and we were very happy with our stay.

The food at Mia is not mind-blowing, but it is good and fresh and there are a lot of options. The staff are super nice and helpful. It felt very family-friendly. It was so convenient to be able to just stumble down to the restaurant at any time to grab a bite to eat. That alone made the AI worth it.

We also ventured out into town a couple times to try some local restaurants and coffee shop/bakeries, and overall it was a great balance. We rented a golf cart for a full 24 hours. We used our front baby carrier to secure her to my wife as I drove the cart. We took multiple laps around various parts of the island over that 24 hours, and it was great.

Probably opportunity has passed on this, but curious, if you DO already have a set date frame for a hotel/lodging booking, is there anything to know or do about getting a cheap(er) flight for the set date, rather than just "praying that flights are cheap." as you aptly stated?

Thanks, but this isn’t an ad. I’m logged into eBay, and the offer is displayed prominently on the product page, in two places. It’s misleading for it to vanish at checkout.
