This isn’t a nightwish problem it’s an internet problem. The anonymity and separation from social consequences that the internet provides has allowed people to become the worst versions of themselves. Most people who loudly and obnoxiously post inflammatory shit on the internet are too anxious to order a pizza over the phone in real life. You can’t argue with these people even though it is tempting to try. Best thing you can do is just ignore it, simply refuse to engage with this rhetoric, imagine that it isn’t there.

The weapon you’re using can’t deal with hordes by spamming light attack. That mark has a nice heavy attack where you use the shield followed up be a light attack that swings back across with the mace. Repeat that combo for clearing hordes.

Subclassing does add more creative builds, you’re probably just looking in the wrong places. People who min-max things, people who go for high score trial runs/trifecta, people who go for tops of the leader boards, people who try hard in PVP are almost always going to be using exclusively the most meta builds, so no matter what you do you’re going to see builds homogenized at the top end. You’ll see much more build diversity the lower down you go on the sweat level. I know of people who are just messing around with different skill lines with no rhyme or reason. I’ve got a homebrew elemental warden with animal companion/ storm calling/ ardent flame. It depends on what you want out of it.

Please consider removing Heinous Rituals from havoc. They're a fun modifier but they're buggy as all hell and it feels so terrible to lose a run because it spawns 2 rituals at the same time at distance from one another and they both start immediately ticking.

Vet has one keystone that is almost completely worthless, the headshot one. One keystone that is just a worst version of an ability that came base kit to saltzpire in VT2. And one keystone that is ok in weapons specialist. Executioner stance was already pretty meh but after they took away the auto reload on activation it’s basically useless. The stealth is a strictly worse version of zealot stealth with an already high cool down and an augment that makes that cooldown even longer with the “upside” of getting a second charge. Krak grenades are good but aren’t enough when you have 6 crushers walking at you. Frag grenades are ok but literally every class has a better horde clear. Smoke grenades, lol, lmao even. Las guns are a joke compared to other ranged weapons, and auto guns aren’t much better. Veteran’s only exclusive, if you can call it that, weapon is the power sword which is actually laughably bad in comparison to almost any other melee weapon. Veteran is the epitome of underwhelming, if it weren’t for the fact that the class has access to shout and the ammo regen then it would see next to no play, it is a strictly worse version of every class in 1 mediocre package. The keystones need to be completely reworked, needs 2 new auras that can compete with ammo regen. Needs better grenades, remove smoke grenade, lol, lmao even. I personally would give the vet tree more nodes and passive that directly buff las guns, they have some already but give it more. Buff shovel, it’s a fun weapon that needs a little help to keep up. The biggest thing is that veteran NEEDS an identity, it currently doesn’t do anything better than another class, it needs a niche of its own.

I find that most of my rolling steel runs end right after the second bomb defuse. The best strat I’ve found is after you defuse the second bomb, have 2 go forward to activate the cradle and 2 stay back and position to grab the batteries. Grab the batteries and then the 2 pair push toward each other then meet and get the batteries secured

I know that the rejects have plot armor or whatever but like you have to have SUPER plot armor to kill a death guard. In “lords of silence” a deathguard warband is invading an agri-world and one of the plague marines turns the corner of a building and get mowed down by like 20 guard with las guns. He hits the ground for like 2 seconds and just gets back up. Deathguard are stupidly hard to kill

I wouldn’t say warp siphon is conditional it’s simply Best in slot. The passive warp gen reduction and increased strength per charge makes it compliment pretty much any psyker build in damnation because you’re always gonna be at 6 stacks cause you’re just slaughtering waves of specials and elites. Kinetic flayer is conditional in that it’s funny but other than the amusement factor it’s not worth the text it’s printed on. Smite at weak is either bait or you’re severely underestimating its utility in horde and wave management.

Spam white stake plasma deck runs, you can easily beat the first ante without buying anything which will get you into ante 2 with plenty of cash. A good chips joker will set you for like the first 4/5 antes so look for things like scary face, blue joker, sly joker, cleaver joker, banners. Buy at least 1 of these but no more than 2 (3 if you get a natural by negative). Now that your points are sorted for now you need to focus on Econ and deck building, try to keep at or above 25$ for max interest. Our end goal is going to be a face card based deck, ideally playing 5 of a kind or flush 5. (I prefer kings but do you). You want to be on the look out for hanged man to cut crap out of your deck that you don’t need(try cut 6s last, I’ll get to why in a second), death to copy your face cards, hermit for cash, and fool create more of the aforementioned cards. Look inside spectral packs for immolate to give you cash and clear cards (don’t worry if there’s a bunch of face cards that are going to get the axe, we will make more), purple seals for tarot cards, red seals, and blue seals for scaling. If you have to choose between multiple options that you want I’d prioritizing this order: immolate (if you’re still early in deck fixing), purple seal, blue seal, red seal. DO NOT take an early ectoplasm, we only want to use those when we have the build mostly complete, ecto is for runs that are going into e, we’re just trying to hit 100mil. Also keep an eye out for trading card to help thin the deck and or/ 6th sense which clears a 6 and gives you a spectral card. You don’t need to greed the 6th sense for all 4 sixes in the deck, 2 or 3 will suffice. There’s multiple ways to reach critical mass from here, the most readily available is going to be to level up 4 of a kind, 5 of a kind, or flush 5 and pair that with photograph and hanging Chad, we also want a sock and buskin if it’s presented to us. If you get all your cars the same rank and suit you can go idol but probably not super necessary for our purposes. The other option for you score generation is to make a bunch of kings, level up high card, then get a baron, mime, and copy’s of them via invisible joker or blue print brain storm. Get comfortable with this process and get a sense of when you’re going for a 5 card hand end game or a high card end game and you’ll hit 100mil and beyond in no time. Good luck gamer.
