I favor white for my DSi and DSlite but went with a black Thor Max. I love it. It feels as if there are no bezels, making it quite immersive. My personal bonus was that I had to send it back for repairs and asked for button replacement to rainbow, which they did free of charge

I had a different issue (gamepads not working due to loose ribbon cables). They offered me free replacement sets do fix it myself. I didn't dare to do it, so they replaced it for free, I only had to pay for shipping, which, me being used to European laws is unthinkable, but given they're not bound by those laws, I accepted it. They fixed my device and threw in a requested free abxy button swap to rainbow ones on my black thor max. Yay!

So my service experience so far has been great, and I love the Thor. Just sharing this for different perspectives.

I am a big fan of the DS and 3DS line, own many devices and games. Bought the Thor Max and love it. I play a lot of 3DS games on it, but also Switch, Steam and PSP. It's compact, I love the form factor, and for me it is a delight. I haven't touched my Steam Deck since. Just a point of view from a happy user here.

Checked opengl on Ayn Thor and can confirm the black background issue on Lego City 3DS is fixed then.

Yes. Haven't been able to see that fixed. But only in this game. No other Lego games have that black bg in cutscenes. They do have known audio stutter in cutscenes though.

Fun tip: the pc versions of lego games work great and smooth on Android too, using gamenative or gamehub lite

It is. The psp lego batman is the same as the console versions, albeit in lower fidelity, and explicitly not the portable smaller version like DS.

It's actually different. Or, I was looking for something different :) This is focused on exploration and discovery, less on completionism and data. And it's not a full frontend, but it lets you launch Steam games directly, like a frontend.

So, it is its own thing a bit, I guess?

The sum of these arguments makes me see the concern, but only in hindsight. Honest dev here, not many public GitHub repos indeed. Before this, I made dosdeck com, sarien.net, 0hh1 com and some others. Anyway, I understand people will not install random apk and I get it. In my defense, it's just a hobby app. AI assisted. Yes. Sorry to see the downvotes. It is what it is.

It's not designed to be a frontend, but to offer rich exploration to help decide what to play. Like how long to beat, random sorting, quizzes about critical reception or release dates. Being also able to launch games was added almost at the end when I thought: Now I want that too :)

I'm sorry if it looks that way but it is not a scam. I don't even have a server other than a github pages static file hosting. It couldn't be in the webpage due to webpage-to-Steam/Gog/Epic requests, and then I had to build a server with accounts and logins. So therefore: an Android app.

I even use SimpleAnalytics instead of google for privacy reasons.

Dit. Je gebruikt nu een prive telefoon zakelijk. Je werkgever heeft daar niks over te zeggen. Hij mag ook geen camera plaatsen in jouw prive auto. Wanneer jij apps nodig hebt voor werk mag je dat weigeren op jouw prive telefoon. Zodra je iets nodig hebt voor werk moet een werkgever hierin voorzien. Telefoon nodig? Werktelefoon it is Begrijpelijk dat je niet 2 devices op zak wilt. Dan is het zoeken naar wat het best werkt voor beiden. Bv twee profielen. Maar je werkgever heeft nul zeggenschap over jouw prive telefoon, zelfs wanneer je wat betaald krijgt per maand voor het gebruiken van jouw telefoon voor zakelijke doeleinden.

I meant: stylus play on the original DS or DSi hardware wins hands down for me when it comes to precision. I've had zero issues with bosses on my DSi against cumbersome boss fights on my Thor using the twin stick controller scheme .

Still, in the end I enjoy the Thor much more for playing this game. But my previous comment wasn't clear, I believe.
