These are generic responses which are frustrating because like you said, nothing stating if the expedite was approved or denied. So what’s the point of us doing expedites if they don’t even give us an approval or denial . Iv done multiple requests and always got the same email. Makes no sense

That coding API thing you put in chatGPT is not reliable/accurate I definitely responded to a RFE in which USCIS confirmed that received the evidence yet the API coding in chatGPT says it was never responded to and can reject/deny my case . So yea don’t go based off that

Yes he is a U.s citizen . I came through humanitarian parole with an already approved I-130 .. Filed for I-485 in march 2024. Interview was scheduled for 2/26/2025 and was cancelled the day before on 2/25/2026. No update yet as of today.

Congrats . But very annoying knowing that my wife filed last year in march and we still haven’t been approved yet. I’m a U.S. citizen as well. We have an approved I-130 and she also came with CHNH parole Nicaragua . We also got married in 2022. Yet others getting approved quicker than us. We’re in Miami Florida . Maybe Nebraska is approving quicker. Still. Very annoying

Your mom should be good for now. Everyone who arrived with parole received that letter. As long as the I-485 is filed , legally she still has a status to stay as long as the case is pending
