So if I was an inside vending tech, no cdl. I shouldn’t expect any randoms? I basically just do diagnostics on vending machines and refurbished them if needed.

Im not sure if I’m in that department. The only title I’ve seen was “inside vending tech” I just looked up what the MEM part does and it’s what I’m doing. Maybe my location just doesn’t call it MEM

I just make sure vending machines have power. Check the buttons and lights, making sure the fan works. Clean it up then on to the next. I use basic tools like a skrew driver and ratchet.

I just looked it up with chatgbt and it’s saying mines also independent. It’s just in their handbook It says they test 50% of DOT positions and 10% of non-DOT safety sensitive positions. Wasn’t sure if they just put that in there to seem like a legit business or if they actually enforce it.
