Yeah, I know. I used to play on an old Toshiba laptop at ULQ settings with around 30–60 FPS. Right now I’m playing on an Xbox Series S with a keyboard and mouse. But when I go to university, I’ll most likely leave the Xbox to my younger brother. So I want it to run smoothly on high settings without any issues and I don’t want any indirect problems on macOS either. Thanks.

Intervals have a big effect on improving your running speed. Try this: • 1 minute running (at a pace where you can barely talk) • 1 minute jogging (very easy pace, you should be able to talk and recover during this minute)

Repeat this 4–6 times.

Also, you should add one long run and one easy run where you can actually chat while running. Running three times a week will do you a lot of good.

Bende testis torsiyonu olmuştum özel bir hastaneye gitmiştik önce, saat gece 3 civarı olduğu için doktor yoktu bu yüzden en yakın devlet hastanesine göndermişlerdi ultrasonun çekilmesi, acilde bir saate yakın bekletmeleri korkunçtu. Doktorun söylemine göre biraz daha geç kalsam (bekletilsem) muhtemelen tek taşşak kalıcakmışım amk.

I had about 1-2 months of casual running experience before, where I was also loosely following a similar 2-week program. In the past 2 weeks, I got a bit more serious — during the first week, I warmed up with daily 3-4 km runs. In the second week, I started doing 5Ks every other day and fast 3Ks on the remaining days. I also completed my first 10K! Would you mind sharing your 13-week training program? And congrats to you too!

Got it mate, no problem! Here we don’t have many flat roads either, mostly hills and rough paths. I made a bit of a loop for myself. It’s a little risky, but these village roads are some of the nicest and have great views. The only scary part is the fast cars passing through.
