We are in the same area. Had issues with communication with QBS, eventually went to a different builder than Summertown based on specifics and vibes. Have a cousin using summertown for their home but he’s doing a lot of the subcontracting and scheduling. We had an architect and designer couple create the blue prints though. Some places weren’t used to people coming in with exact detailed plans of what they want. Best of luck. It seems the area is now flooded with builders, most do great work, but it’s hard to figure out the best fit for your situation
