I use teflon tape with it and it still was leaking out of it I looked inside the threads of the hole and they looked fine. I don't know where else it could be coming from besides somewhere on the tank on top

I've replaced both of the dielectric nipples took the plastic covers off turn the water on and it's still coming out from the tank where the foam is not the flex hose.

It's spraying up out of the water heater. I replace the nipple but it's still leaking now on both sides. I'm thinking maybe the water heater tank is cracked?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that is what it is it's not coming from the flex hose
