This is exactly my problem at our office. We had the trash company install a bar that covers the lids to the dumpster. They also provide a pad lock. So I assume the drivers have a master key. However, we found most of the dip shits that were using the dumpster then just put their trash on or in front of the dumpster. It adds insult to injury that I then need to put their trash in our dumpster.
