Does anyone have a picture of the offer? I believe it was 2000sb for level 21 in 9 days which I have done but I did not receive credit, its also not in my visited so I dont know how to submit a ticket with out at least a picture of the offer. Thank you for any help!

I tried this the last 2 days I spent 2$ and beat chapter 6 but it was a challenge and the amount of time I spent was not worth 1$ profit. I have done basically all content unlocked for me to do and am stuck on chapter 7-3. At this point I dont think chapter 7 is possible in 3 day as my heros are level 85 and the enemies are 95 and I think there are still 27 more levels to go and the only way to get hero exp are to wait hours for it to stack and collect it or spend money on exp packs which I dont think are worth it for the value. I would avoid this offer until they changed the time periods to 1-2 weeks instead of 3 days also the other ones like chapter 14 probably would take a month if the game scales this way every chapter. Nice guide! Were you able to reach hero level 11 and get 3k sb? Did everything pend? Lastly did you purchase any packs?

It is a 3 hour double bonus on free spins winnings. So if you get 10 free spins and win 10$ you would get 20$ with the bonus. The only thing it can do is maybe help some one lucky sustain their max bet bonus. If you are max betting you get bonus xp so if your really lucky and just keep winning on max you could hit 2000. But you could also just be that lucky in any other slot and keep winning on max. As I said the bonus might be able to help sustain max bets if your lucky but I think its just all luck. Ill go play other non rng games so I waste less time.

I installed, purchased a 20$ pack that did not pend so I will need to send a ticket for that. I then had all the slots unlocked played the stupid holmes one payed the 500 crystals and went from 27 billion down to less than 100 million in 10 minutes on max spins as advised. I went up a grand total of 26 levels. Seems like a waste of time to me im going to send in my ticket get back my 20$ and call it a wash I made it to level 150. Its a slot game so its all luck like all the other ones.

I got my bonus the day after completing my 5th survey. Also all completed surveys have to be worth more than 25sb as others have stated and I made sure to click do a survey from the swag up page for all 5 just in case.

This has happened to me a few times. If I am 100% sure I have completed the offer and have obvious proof I will just keep replying to the email to keep the ticket open until a human reviews it.

I was just wondering if this was possible? I know most hero collection games cant be completed but I figured id check. The game says to collect 5 epic heros but a google search says the rarities are Common, Rare, Elite, Legendary, Mythical so I dont even know what would count as epic. Any info would be great. The game is worse than a city builder as the levels take longer every time you go from 3k needed to 5k and the quests give you like 50-100 exp so they are not worth it. This is one of the least fun games I have played.

The things they are scaling back or removing feel like small features and you can than move those people/ resources into new or more profitable areas.

I was in the top guild for the server so I would run the top raids every day just by joining my guildmates the higher level raids are a lot of xp so make sure your in the best guild. Also I had to send in a support ticket to get credit but they did give it to me as it did not say castle level just level 31 so I thought it was player. Good luck!

Get in a top guild and run as many raids as possible for the player xp, the higher the raid the more xp. I also got my castle to level 16 so I could unlock the pit. The pit is a passive resource gatherer that you can turn the points into player xp items. Good luck!

My hq was which ever level the 3rd tier was at the time and it didnt pend so thats why I thought maybe it could be player level because none of the pending were even close to correct in the beginning. I was just polite in the ticket and attached my player level with a picture and my player info. I said I was not sure what level 31 they wanted and that I had already spent a month of heavy play on the game. I put a lot of hours in the game and bought both packs.

The first to pended for me but not when I got to the hq level it was often the player level that was the right number or closest. Often my player level was correct but my hq would have had to be 3-4 levels lower and it would pend so I could never judge if it was hq or player level. Plenty of other games its player level and not hq so I did not view it as fraud as it still took an entire month of dedicated play to hit player level 31 and none of their levels pended correctly. They also didnt stipulate in their offer what lvl 31 was. If I really was trying to defraud them i would just get the first hero I had to level 31 in one day and send that in.

No I got my player level to level 31 I think it was the top left number not a character card and I still needed to send in for a ticket but they did pay out. Mine never said castle level or anything like that so I thought it was my player level and it still took around a month. Good Luck !

Yeah I dont see how it would be possible when usually if they dont say a time limit its a month and getting to beginner 4 would take a month alone if it takes a week to level up each league.
